Fitness First, Boca Raton, located on the SW corner of Boca Rio Road and Glades Road (just past the turnpike overpass), is one of our newest clubs. The 15,000 sq. ft. facility features a full-service locker room, including a large steam and sauna room. A large variety of group exercise classes including Yoga, Pilates, Belly Dancing, BodyPump, Capoeira, Tae Kwon Do, Silver Sneakers® and various programs for kids are all offered as part of the Fitness First membership.
